Married in Mérida...
Mérida is a gorgeous, culturally rich city with it's brightly colored walls, hidden courtyard oases, and unique regional flavors -- the perfect backdrop as we say our 'I do's.
Centrally located in the heart of the Yucatan, the sun-kissed city of Mérida beautifully blends rustic authenticity, unique Mayan culture and European architecture. Its history and grandeur shine through in the city's cobblestoned streets and preserved facades of different colors, weathered by time; yet Mérida is also known for modern architecture and creative cuisine. Even better yet, you can immerse yourself in the history of the local people, the Mayans, by seeing some of the world's most significant and fascinating archaeological sites right on Mérida's doorstep.
We have a weekend of activities planned for our guests, plus lots of free time for solo adventures to take in all that this beautiful destination has to offer. From the culinary delights and the local scene to adventures beyond the city... Can't wait to see you there!
get lost in the colorful colonial streets Of Mérida and seek out the hidden oasis behind each set of doors.
connect with a time gone by with an adventure to the mayan temples.
Explore the mysterious underground world of cenotes, the most beautiful swimming holes in the world.

Our hotel Options
A special group block and rates have been secured by The Eventeur at
Rosas y Xocolate, Casa Lecanda and Casa Del Balam.
Rosas & Xocolate
Boutique Hotel & Spa
Hope you like pink! This is a colorful (and by colorful, we mean, pink!), sleek, and modern design hotel - like staying in a Soho hotel in the middle of the Yucatan. Centrally located, Rosas is on the once glorious avenue of Paseo Montejo and a short 5-block walk from the historic center. At this 17-room hotel, expect fresh-cut roses, chocolate-based spa treatments and sweet-smelling amenities lovingly engineered by their master chocolatier.
Intimate, relaxing and elegant. This hotel really feels like an amazing oasis in the center of the bustling city. Centered around a beautiful central garden, Casa Lecanda's 7 rooms are situated just 2 blocks away from the prestigious Paseo Montejo and a short walk from the historic center. Relax in the garden, sip regional Mexican wines and tequila at the bar, and enjoy a dip in the pool at this intimate garden Oasis.
Hotel Casa del Balam
This was the most budget-friendly hotel that we checked out. Centrally located, Casa Del Balam may have the best location of the three options. Built in the early 1900s - expect a bit of old world charm. There is nothing fancy or flashy about the Casa del Balam—this is just a good, old-fashioned hotel that exudes the faded glamour of bygone days. Enjoy the interior courtyard, highlighted by a stone fountain surrounded by greenery and tables and chairs.
