Adventure: Mayapan + swimming in the cenotes

We will be taking an adventure to discover some of the cenotes of the Yucatan. Dotted throughout the region, cenotes are a natural pits resulting from the collapse of limestone bedrock that exposes groundwater underneath. Beautiful and mystical, we'll escape the heat and enjoy a swim.
Before hitting the cenotes, the day will start at the walled city of Mayapan, considered the last great capital of the post-classic Mayan culture (1200-1450 A.D.). We will then continue on to Cenotes Santa Barbara where we can swim and explore three different cenotes (one is dark, one is semi-open and one is fully open).
Note: there is an individual tour fee of $55, per guest.The day trip price includes, round-trip transport (single pick-up/drop-off location for group), admissions fees, lunch and a local guide for the group. Not included drinks, shopping and tips for the driver and guide.
